The Berserk lay-up runs a Japanese Toray 24K carbon weave with fibre placed at 0 and 45 degrees. The 0 degree fibre drives longitudinal stiffness for hitting and drag flicking. The 45 degree fibre controls torsional flex, so the head stays square on off-centre contact.
